Our tradition

H·E·S lives tradition and has a company history of more than 115 years. The German reunification and the company’s relocation from Halle, Saxony-Anhalt to Bad Dürrenberg in 1994 enabled us – a regional traditional company – new possibilities: H·E·S conquers the national market and the success story runs its course. The base for the economic performance of H·E·S was created by high-performance systems, production halls and an administrative building.

Since then we continuously expanded our product line with a comprehensive range of herbs, spices and mixed spices, and added trend products to our portfolio besides the common products. Our world of spices is not just meant to satisfy hunger, but primarily to refine every dish in an enjoyable and tasty way.
